Welcome to the Ulysees Turner Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc.(UTMSF) website. It was created to give better access to the scholarship fund availability. This year marks the 53rd year of its existence. Each member of the UTMSF has taken a “Vow to the Lord” that we will continue to work and provide financial assistance to Christian Youth. 


Please check periodically to learn about our events and the availability of funding to assist with college attainment. 


The UTMSF, Inc. is a 501 c3 not for profit organization. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Christian Youth, currently attending a college or university, are able to request financial assistance from the Ulysees Turner Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc.

Carolyn L. Browne Memorial Scholarship Award

The Carolyn L. Browne Memorial Scholarship Award’s application will be available in November of 2021. This award was created in honor of the UTMSF’s Founding Member. It is a competitive award that is available to college JUNIORS and SENIORS who are members of Lilydale 1st Baptist Church of Chicago.
